The result is the DiRex-SP Digital System, which features the CR30-ORACLE^CR technology with MUSICA2 Image Processingand the flexibility to integrate into any Quantum Radiographicsystem.

The DiRex-SP System offers any imaging institution a very cost effective way to benefit from digital imaging. The system offers superior quality study results at a very low exposure dose. The DiRex-SP System is the most cost-effective and easiest way to maximize patient care and patient through-put.

The DiRex-SP System comes equipped with the NX Workstation software which provides the technologist with state of the art software features, now configured to a single touchscreen control. Single step exam selection automatically selects preset generator parameters resulting in fast, accurate imaging, every time. The system also operates on Agfa's MUSICA2 imaging technology. This greatly reduces time between examinations and allows for the technician to focus on patient comfort.

The flexibility of the DiRex-SP System allows for a swift upgrade to any existing Quantum imaging system or any Agfa CR30 unit. Quantum imaging systems currently in operation require software and hardware upgrade combined with the "Q-CONNECT-A-UP" option. The "Q-CONNECT-A" integration solution brings together Agfa's "NX" software and Quantum's generator software and hardware onto a single touchscreen.
